We’ll be hosting Enthought for our first industry talk this year. Enthought is an Austin based company whose services include AI consulting, Python training, as well as a suite of products for Python. Drs. Tim Diller and Xiaoyu Wu will talk about the kind of problems the company tackles, as well as what it’s like to work there. They have hired UT-SIAM members as interns in the past, so if you’ve been eyeing their internship program and have questions, this is the perfect opportunity! The speakers have also graciously agreed to do 1:1 meetings. I’ll send out a separate email with the details and a doodle poll as soon as I have the logistics smoothed out.
