The UT-SIAM chapter would like to sponsor undergraduate students to participate in the COMAP Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM) / Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling (ICM) competition this coming February. COMAP’s Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM) and Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling (ICM) are international contests for high school students and college undergraduates. The contests challenge teams of up to three students to analyze, model, solve, and present solution reports to an open-ended application problem. This year’s competition starts 5pm ET Feb 16, 2023 and ends 8pm ET Feb 20, 2023.
